The organizing committee of the 10th World Symposium on Choral Music has released a student rush price for registration.
If you are a student of any age who is a choral singer, conductor or just have a passion for choral music, then the World Symposium on Choral Music in Korea is the place you need to be in August.
With the announcement of a reduced price for students, the door is open for your complete immersion in concerts, lectures, presentations, and events designed to inspire, challenge, excite and motivate your choral passions, develop your choral skills and grow your network of choral friends around the world.
Where in the world would you hear such fine choirs, conductors, and presenters displaying their talents in one place, at one time in a beautiful country?
Invited choirs include some of the best vocal ensembles and choirs on the planet.
They include the incredible energetic sound of the Inner Mongolian Youth Choir, the intriguing and sometimes challenging sounds of Roomful of Teeth from the USA, Kammerchor Stuttgart under the direction of legendary Frieder Bernius, the unique choral color and passion of the African Youth Choir, and representing Korea in stand alone performances are the Incheon City Chorale under the direction of
Korean National Treasure, Hak-Won Yoon… to name but a few.
If you have made plans for a vacation …cancel them! If you have work commitments…change them!
If you are a choral musician of any size, shape or practice…. you need to be in Korea in August!
