World Choral Day 2021 Report
Published: Jan 24,2022

Report by IRVINNE REDOR | WCD Project Manager, IFCM Communication Manager

It has been a very challenging year for everyone, including the international choral community, because of the continued restrictions that were imposed by governments around the globe caused by the pandemic. Despite the difficulties, choral organizations were still able to keep choral music alive by producing virtual choir videos to supplement the limited availability of live choral performances.

In 2021, a handbook containing all necessary information on the World Choral Day was prepared to give everyone an easy and accessible reference as to how people can take part in the celebrations.
