Created in 2013, Chœur Miangaly is a Malagasy secular choir composed of approximately 30 talented and passionate young singers. With its corporate status, Chœur Miangaly is the single model of choral ensemble in Madagascar.
Conducted by Antsanirina Rakotoarimino (a.k.a. Rahf), Chœur Miangaly performs a wide range of repertoire from medieval music to contemporary styles. They also showcase traditional and folk Malagasy music with an emphasis on a cappella repertoire.
The 2025 season of Chœur Miangaly has been named "Echos de la nature", demonstrating their desire to carry the voices of nature through their music.
Official magazine of the International Federation for Choral Music, the International Choral Magazine is published quarterly in the four official languages of IFCM: English, French, German and Spanish. It is distributed in more than 80 countries on the five continents and is the official voice of choral music around the world. Publication temporarily suspended.
