Launch of the SWAN project — Singing with Additional Needs

Together with the project coordinator Norsk Sangerforum and the other project partners, the European Choral association is delighted to announce the start of the EU-funded project SWAN.

SWAN stands for Singing With Additional Needs and seeks to draw on best practices from different European countries to include people in collective singing who have additional needs due to disabilities and/or physical or psychological health issues.

The SWAN project runs from 1 November 2023 to 31 July 2026. It is coordinated by Norsk Sangerforum and will receive 200.000 Euros of co-funding from the European Union. The European Choral Association is delighted to be one of the project partners.
