3rd Fosco Corti International Competition for choral conductors, Turin, Italy, 18-20 October 2024

The Fosco Corti International Competition for choral conductors is open to a maximum of 18 conductors from all over the world. The selection of participants will take place through the evaluation of two videos and the curriculum vitae.

The competition will consist of 3 rounds (preliminary, semi-final and final) and performances of different types of choirs executing a variety of repertoires and styles.

➤ The international jury will be composed of: Basilio Astulez (Spain/Basque Country), Māris Sirmais (Latvia), Helene Stureborg (Sweden), Piero Monti (Italy), Roberta Paraninfo (Italy)

➤ The competition will involve 4 high-level non-professional choirs (National Youth Choir, With Us Youth Choir, Torino Chamber Choir and Ruda Polyphonic Male Choir) and the world renowned choir S:t Jacobs Chamber Choir (Stockholm, Sweden)

The beautiful city of Turin will be the setting of this important international event. Don’t miss it!
