A Cœur Joie International announces the results of the composition composition “Chanter en Français”

A Cœur Joie International is pleased to announce the results of its first composition competition "Chanter en français" (Singing in French).

Forty-eight scores were submitted from Belgium, Brazil, Cameroon, Canada, Democratic Republic of Congo, France, Italy, The Netherlands, Senegal, Spain, Switzerland and Togo. The jury, which included Marie-Claude Remy (Belgium), Emmanuelle Pascal Falala (France), René Falquet (Switzerland), and Gautier Lemoine (France), was unable to award a 1st and 2nd prize and decided to award a 3rd prize.

The winner of the third prize is: 

  • Pierre Laroche (France), La courbe de tes yeux, texte by Paul Eluard (France).

This first edition of the competition, launched in April 2023, was open to composers from all over the world and offered prizes of 3,000 euros. A Cœur Joie International would like to thank all the participants and congratulate the winners!
